ORDER:
When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 20.10.2014, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today under the caption ‘For orders’. Even today also, though the matter is listed under the caption ‘For orders’ none appeared for the petitioners nor representation is made on their behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has left with no alternative except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
