THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Common plaintiff in O.S.Nos.7738 and 7739 of 2007 on the file of the 48th Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, has come up in these writ petitions impugning the orders passed on IA.No.19 in OS.No.7738/2007 and on IA.Nos.19, and 20 in OS.No.7739/2007, both dated 19.11.2013.
2. When these matters are taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.Nos.7738 and 7739 of 2007 is looked into in the e-courts website of Bengaluru District. On going through the same, it is seen that O.S.No.7738 and 7739 of 2007 have already been disposed of on merits by judgment dated 31.07.2015. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions as they have become infructuous. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
