Memo reads as under:
“The undersigned Counsel for the Petitioners most respectfully submits that the Respondent Police has conducted an investigation and found that the Petitioners-Accused are innocent and accordingly filed ‘B’ Report before the Hon’ble Magistrate Court.
Wherefore, the petitioners most respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Court may kindly dispose of the above Criminal Petition in terms of this Memo filed by the petitioners in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. Memo is taken on record. In view of the said memo, petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2016 does not survive for consideration and the same is also dismissed.
