These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order on memo dated 03.08.2017 and orders dated 25.07.2018 & 06.09.2018 passed in Execution Case No.39/2016 on the file of the Prl. Sr. Civil Judge and CJM, Mandya vide Annexues-A1, A2, A3 and quash the sale deed dated 30.08.2017 etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R These writ petitions are filed against the orders dated 03.08.2017, 25.07.2018 & 06.09.2018 passed in Execution Case No.39/2016 on the file of the Prl. Sr. Civil Judge and CJM, Mandya ('Trial Court' for short) vide Annexues-A1, A2, A3.
It is discerned that the said Ex. No.39/2016 has been disposed of by the Trial Court and hence, writ petitions do not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petitions stand dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
