ORDER Learned counsel appearing for both the parties are absent. This Civil Petition is filed for transfer of M.C.Petition No.863/2013 on the file of the IVth Addl. Prl. Judge, Family court, Bangalore to the Sr. Civil Judge and JMFC Chennapatna.
The office has put up a note that M.C. No.863/2013 on the file of the IVth Addl. Prl. Judge, Family court, Bangalore was disposed of on 24.11.2018. The case status report is also furnished.
In view of the office note, this petition does not survive for consideration. Hence the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
