This petition coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has filed a memo, wherein it is stated that petitioner No.1 has expired and the main suit has been disposed of, as per the compromise petition filed on 16.04.2019. Hence, this petition does not survive for consideration.
2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel, memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
