2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that Mr.M. Nandakumar has been lodged in Central Prison, Puzhal on a remand order passed by the competent Court in Cr.No.671 of 2016 for the offence under Sec.302 IPC on the file of Otteri Police Station.
3. Recording the above statement, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
