Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent/his officers insisting the petitioner to sell tiffins only and not any other food items i.e., bread, puffs, biscuits, cool drinks etc., in licensed space of 8 x 12 Sq.feet at Kotananduru bus shelter, Kotananduru Village, East Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.”
Mr.V.Praveen Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, filed letter, dated 24-10-2014, before the Registry, wherein he has stated that the relief sought for by the writ petitioner has become infructuous and that therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the same.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.26278 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
