Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition was directed against the order dated 5.2.2005 granting permission to procure, supply of materials and extension of work by the party.
Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are demanding arrears of amount due to the previous owner, there is no material on record in support of the said contention. On the other hand, the previous owner filed W.P.No.2467 of 2005 and the same was disposed of on 29.12.2010 granting the relief and nothing survives with regard to the arrears.
In the absence of any material in support of the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and accordingly the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
