When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that in respect of the complaint preferred by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in the matter. He would also submit that the enquiry report will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. 2.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
