HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.33545 & 33636 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:
The order of refusal of registration of documents vide endorsement No.Nil/2014 dated 08.09.2014 is communicated to the petitioners. Even though the orders dated 08.09.2014 were received by the petitioners the same are not challenged and they have also not availed the remedy of appeal provided under the Indian Registration Act, 1908.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitions may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy of appeal before the District Registrar aggrieved by the refusal order dated 08.09.2014.
3. Having regard to the said submission, granting the said liberty these writ petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous petitions pending in these writ petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
