THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, NARAYANA SWAMY J, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.11.2017 passed by the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal, Bangalore (for short ‘the Tribunal’) and sought for setting aside the same.
2. The petitioner is respondent No.6 before the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal. While disposing of the matter, the Tribunal directed the respondent No.7 to give an appropriate posting to respondent No.6 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the said order.
3. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner who is the respondent No.6 before the Tribunal is retained in the same post.
4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader this petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, if he is so aggrieved.
