This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the order passed by respondent No.2 vide Rc.B.1001/2014, dated 25.10.2014, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s authorization in respect of fair price shop No.31 of Hussainapuram, Gutupalli Village, Bethemcherla Mandal, Kurnool, pending enquiry.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) placed before the Court the proceeding in Rc.B.1001/2014, dated 05-12-2014, whereby respondent No.2 has restored the petitioner’s authorization with a direction to respondent No.3 to continue her as the dealer and allot the essential commodities to her fair price shop for distribution to the cardholders.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.2 by revoking his earlier order, dated 25-10-2014, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.47056 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
