THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35295 of 2014 Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the Upa- Lokayukta, who refused to entertain the complaint on the ground of delay.
We are of the view that that apart, looking into the complaint on its face value, the Upa-Lokayukta has jurisdiction to entertain the appeal since there are disputes between the parties.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
