Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 20.10.2015 and 11.04.2016 and take necessary action against the members of the Sangam by forwarding the complaint to the police authorities for necessary action in accordance with law within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representations dated 20.10.2015 and 11.04.2016, the 1st respondent has not taken any action by considering the representation.
4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 20.10.2015 and 11.04.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
