2. Petitioner has sought to quash the order dated 28.04.2015 in Crl.A.No.30/2015 so far it relates to deposit of 50% of the fine amount.
3. The learned counsel for respondent/ Sri.M.Y.Sreenivasan, submits that Crl.A.No.30/2015 is disposed of by the Appellate Court on 23.01.2016. In view of this submission, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
