This contempt petition has been filed against the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.20604 of 2015.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that as per the order of this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.20604 of 2015 dated 13.07.2015, the University kept vacant one post of Assistant Professor in Tamil under General Turn (GT) category as on date. To substantiate the same, he produced a copy of the proceedings dated 11.01.2017 issued by the Thiruvalluvar University, Serkkadu, Vellore.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
