JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) There is no representation for the petitioner.
2. Prayer sought for in the writ petition, is to quash the impugned auction sale, dated 29/3/2012, in respect of item No.3 and all consequent proceedings of the second respondent and consequently, direct the second and third respondent not to deal with the petition scheduled property.
3. Mr.P.Elaya Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that though auction was conducted, as scheduled, since balance amount was not paid, auction was not http://www.judis.nic.inconfirmed.
4. As auction has already been held, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
