Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the order dated 21.01.2010 passed in W.P.No.286 of 2004, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with. Though there is some delay in compliance, this Court is not inclined to take a serious view of the matter.
The contempt case is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
