No.19571 of 2013 in W.P. No.16152 of 2013, the complaint of the petitioner in his representation dated 04-09-2012 has been duly considered and necessary action has been taken there upon.
2. In the light of this development, it is stated that the cause no longer survives for adjudication in the writ petition. As the interim order has been duly complied with, the contempt case alleging disobedience thereto also does not survive.
3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition and the contempt case are closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
