Aggrieved over the long pendency of the matter before the lower Court, the petitioner has come up with the present Civil Revision http://www.judis.nic.ipn etition, for early disposal of R.C.O.P.No.903 of 2015.
2. From the perusal of the entries in the docket sheet, it is seen that M.P.No. 384 of 2016 was pending from 2015 to 19.08.2016 without any progress. Thereafter, it was posted for orders on 07.11.2016 and till date, the same is pending under the same status.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the learned XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, to pass orders on M.P.No.384 of 2016, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, dispose of R.C.O.P.No.903 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible.
4. With above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
