ORDER:
The order impugned is one passed by the Tahsildar rejecting the petitioner’s application for permission to dig a bore well under the A.P. Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002. Petitioner has an effective alternative remedy under Section 33 of the aforesaid Act.
With liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
