COMMON ORDER:
These Writ Petitions are filed feeling aggrieved by the action of the respondents in detaining the petitioners in their respective years of study of B.E. course.
At the hearing, it has come out that the issue raised in these Writ Petitions is identical to that raised in W.P.No.30706 of 2014, dismissed by this Court by order dated 15-10-2014. Following the same, these Writ Petitions are also dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petitions, interim orders dated 22-9-2014 in WPMP No.35261 of 2014 in W.P.No.28156 of 2014; dated 25-9-2014 in WPMP No.36508 of 2014 in W.P.No.29197 of 2014; dated 23-9- 2014 in WPMP No.35873 of 2014 in W.P.No.28655 of 2014;
and dated 25-9-2014 in WPMP No.36516 of 2014 in W.P.No.29204 of 2014 are vacated and the said applications are dismissed as infructuous.
