2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer made in this petition is not maintainable and hence, the present petition may be closed.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
