Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in M.C.No.67-2007 A2 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate- Cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Coimbatore, quash the proceedings dated 29.06.2009.
For Petitioner :M/s.C.S.Dhanasekaran For Respondent :Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Government Advocate for R1 and R2 ORDER It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this petition filed by Manickam and 15 others/A party challenging the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C initiated by the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Coimbatore, came up for hearing before this Court on 14.10.2014. This Court was pleased to permit them to take private notice to all B party. Accordingly, private notice is caused and thereby requested them to appear either in person or through their counsel before this Court on 17.10.2014, failing which the matter will be decided in their absence as this matter pertain to year 2009 and the period of producing certificate has been lapsed.
