Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the suspension-cum-show cause notice, dated 16-09-2014, issued by respondent No.3.
Inasmuch as the impugned order of suspension was passed as far back as 16-09-2014, I am not inclined to interfere with the same at this stage. However, respondent No.3 is directed to complete the enquiry by following the procedure mentioned in Smt.B.Manjula vs. District Collector, Civil Supplies, Kurnool and others[1], pass a final order and communicate the same to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49547 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
