ORDER 1. Learned Additional Government takes notice for the respondents.
2. Case is called. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Similar writ petitions in W.P.No.12057/2017 and other connected matters were listed on 27.05.2019. The said matters came to be rejected.
4. The instant writ petition being of similar nature and similar relief being sought and there being no compliance of office objections despite several and repeated opportunities being granted, it appears that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
5. There being no merit in the writ petition, no purpose would be served in retaining the matter. Accordingly, petition stands rejected.
