ORDER:
This writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in conducting survey with respect to the land claimed by the petitioner in an extent of Ac.1-16 cents in R.S.No.628 of Rajampet Rural (Village and Mandal), YSR Kadapa District.
2. During the hearing of the writ petition today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader that on the petitioner’s request for conducting survey, appropriate action is already taken and notice was already issued ot the petitioner and the survey is proposed to be conducted today.
3. In view of that, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition except directing the Tahsildar to complete the survey, in accordance with law, as early as possible.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
