O R D E R:
Sri Srinarayan, learned counsel representing Sri M. Ravindranath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that despite taking out notice by registered post to his client, he could not secure any instructions in the matter.
2. The writ petition was filed challenging the demand notice issued to the petitioner seeking to recover a sum of Rs.8,92,377/-
. No interim orders were granted by this Court. It is therefore not clear at this stage as to whether the said demand notice has been acted upon. The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to shed any light on this aspect.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non- prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
