JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct dance programme on 29.07.2017 in the event of Arulmighu Sri Mariamman Koil 40th year festival of Buthar Nagar, Kollamangalam Post, Pallikonda Via, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the 2nd respondent on 24.07.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 29.07.2017, the 2nd respondent has not passed orders till today.
3. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.
4. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 28.07.2017.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
