JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.J] The petitioner is the husband of one Mrs.Rengalakshmi, aged 30 years. According to him, due to some matrimonial dispute, she has been living separately and now, she is residing along with the second respondent who is her brother. Alleging the same as illegal detention, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus petition.
2. In our considered view, it is not so. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the complaint made by the petitioner would go to show that the detenue, on her own volition, staying along with her brother and she is not willing to come back to the matrimonial fold. If the petitioner has got any grievances, it is for him to workout his remedies before the Civil Forum.
3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed.
