JUDGMENT / ORDER

O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there was a well situated at Block No.32, T.S.No.154/55 to the extent of 2500 sq.ft., which belongs to the Chennai Corporation. The said well was unauthorisedly closed by one P.C.Ravi, which belongs to the respondents 2 to 4. Therefore, the petitioner gave representation to the 2nd representation on 08.10.2013 to take necessary action to restore the well. But no action has been taken by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents Board has submitted that if the said representation is pending, the second respondent will consider the representation, on merits and in accordance with law.
3. In view of the submissions made by the parties, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent with a copy of the said representation, along with a copy of this order.
4. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
