2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to issue a writ of mandamus or direction, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider Annexure-A.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.106120/2018 dated 02.11.2018.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, for the reasons assigned by this Court by an order dated 02.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.106120/2018, the writ petition is disposed of on the same terms and with similar directions. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
