The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying to direct the respondent to issue order of appointment in favour of the petitioner, within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner was provisionally selected by the Teachers Recruitment Board for the post of Graduate Assistants in the Department of Director of School Education, vide their proceedings in Rc.No.3726/TET/B4/2013, dated 10.02.2014.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
