This writ petition was filed challenging the provisional assessment order issued by the Assistant Divisional Engineer estimating the value of energy pilferaged at Rs.36,175.69. Subsequently, final assessment order was passed on 04.03.2005 by the Divisional Engineer.
2. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
