O R D E R This Court by an order dated 10th October 2017 granted four weeks time finally to comply the office objections, failing which, directed to re-list the matter for dismissal. That is how the matter is listed today.
2. When the matter is called in the pre-lunch session, no representation was made, nor complied the office objections in terms of the order passed by this court on 10.10.2017. To give one more opportunity, the matter was passed over to post-lunch session.
3. When the matter called in the post-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner nor complied the office objections in terms of the order passed by this court on 10.10.2017. Therefore this Court has no option except to dismiss the matter for default.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the office objections.
