THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 16.03.2016 whereunder, the technical bid of the petitioner had been rejected. With regard to the same, the petitioner is stated to have filed an appeal as contemplated under Section 16 of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement Act.
2. Though, a detailed objection statement is filed to this petition seeking to justify the action of the respondents, the learned Government Advocate would bring to the notice of this Court that the action relating to rejection of the technical bid of the petitioner has been held through the proceedings/order dated 13.06.2016.
3. In that view, if at all the petitioner has any further grievance, the petitioner may avail the remedy of assailing the proceedings/order dated 13.06.2016. In that regard, all contentions of the petitioner is left open.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
