Sri Padmakar Rai, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that his client is not in contact with him since long time and in the want of instructions he is unable to argue the case.
The application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the applicant to file an appropriate recall application in case the client turns up and the matter still survives.
