As per the judgment dated 30.10.2014 in W.P.(C) No.22195 and connected cases, I have held that the Abkari Policy 2014-15 is valid to the extent it disentitles hotels having 2 star and 3 star classifications from seeking the issue of FL-3 licences under the Foreign Liquor Rules. The petitioners herein are therefore not entitled to any of the reliefs sought for in this writ petition. The same is for the above reason, dismissed. Sd/-
