R.MAHADEVAN, J rk O R D E R The petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 13.02.2015 passed in Crl.O.P.No.3309 of 2015.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner against a lawyer Srinivasan is now pending before the Tamil Nadu Bar Council, for enquiry.
3. In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
