ORDER 1. This matter is coming up for fifth time for non compliance of office objections. Twice time has been granted by imposing costs once in a sum of Rs.500/- on 17.03.2017 and for the second time in a sum of Rs.2,000/- vide order dated 06.06.2017.
2. Today, when the matter is called out, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
