JUDGMENT / ORDER

These contempt petitions have been filed on the ground that the order dated 09.06.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. Nos.32563 and 32564 of 2012 have not been complied with by the respondent Board.

cad 2 Today, when these contempt petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Board submitted that the order complaining non compliance of which these contempt petitions have been filed, have been duly complied with by the respondent Board and he also placed on record, a copy of the proceedings dated 12.05.2016 of the respondent Board in support of his stand.
3 However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any instruction from the petitioner so far qua compliance of the order passed by this Court.
Be that as it may, recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Board which stands fortified by the proceedings dated 12.05.2016, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
