JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Judgement of the Court was delivered by S.NAGAMUTHU. J. ) When these original side appeals came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the civil suit itself has been decreed on 01.12.2016 and, therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in these appeals. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the original side appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs are closed.
