O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition with a grievance that the respondents have not complied with the order of this Court.
2. None appears for the respondents.
3. We have perused the order dated 12 November 2014 in W.P.No.17813 of 2014. There was no positive direction given to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner.
4. Till date, the petitioner has not produced any scheme before this Court to demonstrate that there is a scheme framed by the respondents for reglarization. We therefore give liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum in case there is a scheme in operation.
5. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as casual labourer pursuant to the order passed by this Court. According to the learned Senior counsel, the petitioner is not given wages from the date of reappointment. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be given admissible wages, taking into account the work rendered by him.
6. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation. No costs.
