JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, the contemnor/respondent is present and submits that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case R.MALA,J.
kj has been registered in Crime No.1 of 2017 for offences under Sections 498A and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.1 of 2017 before the All Women Police Station, M.K.B. Nagar. She has also produced a copy of F.I.R.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he does not want to pursue the matter further. Therefore, recording the F.I.R. produced by the contemnor, the Contempt Petition is closed.
