ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside proceedings Ref.No.C/735/2014, dated 18-10-2014 whereby respondent No.3 has terminated the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
By order dated 28-10-2014 in W.P.No.32095 of 2014, this Court has issued notice to respondent No.3 herein to show cause why disciplinary proceedings shall not be directed to be initiated against him for acting contrary to the settled legal position in K.

Nirmala Vs. Revenue Divisional Officer Anantapur and Thyrumala Setty Phanindra Vs. District Collector (CS), Guntur [2] District and others in passing the impugned order.
In pursuance of the direction of this Court, respondent No.3 is personally present. He has placed before the Court, proceedings Ref.C/1132/2014, dated 24-11-2014 whereby he has withdrawn the impugned proceedings and restored the fair price shop authorisation of the petitioner. Respondent No.3 has assured the Court that he will not repeat this conduct in future.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.40209 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
