ORDER:
Petitioner seeks a Mandamus against the inaction of the respondents in taking steps to demarcate/fix the respective Revenue and Forest boundaries of villages i.e. Machanpally, Seetarampally and Rangampet of Medak District.

Petitioner states that he is a permanent resident of Machanpally village o f Medak District having his own business and it is stated that the plantations, laid by the villagers of Machanpally for the purpose of greenery, were unauthorizedly removed by the adjacent villagers on account of boundary dispute between the Revenue and the Forest Departments. Petitioner states that he gave a legal notice, before approaching this Court, to the District Collector dated 04.11.2011 as well as another legal notice dated 24.10.2011 to the Divisional Forest Officer, Medak District, which are annexed to the writ petition, calling upon the said authorities to take steps for resolution of dispute by fixing the boundaries.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits on the basis of instructions that the Indupriyal forest block of Siddipet Range is declared as Reserve Forest in A.P. Gazette No.191 Dt. 25th Bahman 1348 fasli to an extent of 1613.11 Hectares. The details thereof are as follows:
1. Machanpally village is a fringe village to reserve forest area of compartment no 200 of Indupriyal Reserve Forest block. This compartment forest boundaries was already fixed with respect to the field book of Forest Department.
2. Seetharampally village was already deserted at the time of declaration of Indupriyal reserve forest block. This village is having only one survey no. bearing no.1 admeasuring Ac.134.36 gts. This entire are covered under Reserve Forest. No patta lands or other Govt. lands are existing.
3. Similarly the village Rangampet is also deserted and having only one survey no.1 extent Ac.743-00 gts. This area is also covered under reserve forest.
It is stated that the entire area pertaining to the above villages is notified as Reserve Forest and the boundaries fixed up by the Forest Officials are existing. No patta lands or government lands are involved in the matter.

In view of the above categorical statement that the Reserve Forest boundaries as per the Gazette notification aforesaid are existing and already fixed and that there are no patta or Government lands, no further action for fixing boundaries would arise in the matter, as sought for by the petitioner. I see no reason to entertain the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
