JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 03.06.2013 and dispose of the same within a stipulated time.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the appeal as early as on 03.06.2013, the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same yet.
4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.06.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 03.06.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
