J U D G M E N T This Court vide order dated 20.04.2018 has ordered that finally a week’s time is granted to take steps for issuance of notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed as against respondent Nos.1 and 2 without reference to Court.
In view of the above order passed by this Court, since R1 and R2 are the only respondents, appeal is dismissed.
