This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.165/2012 pending on the file of the Hon’ble 1st Addl. Civil Judge, (Junior Division) and CJM, Mysore City.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R None appears for petitioner. Perused the records. Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.165/2012 pending on the file of I Addl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) and CJM, Mysore.
2. Charge sheet was laid in the year 2012. No stay order has been issued by this Court. In the meanwhile, the trial has commenced and the matter is set down for evidence. Hence, I do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the matter at this stage.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration and it is also dismissed.
